I know that on a power brake system it has special offset brackets and booster to clear valve cover.. my question..... on a manual system was it all the same since no booster to clear.....

I have a 71 Cuda with manual brakes, and all standard master cylinders fit with my Gen 2 hemi. No offset needed. I do have the newer aluminum M/C that Mopar used to sell.

Yes I do. I used the Chrysler parts to convert from drums to the 77 cordoba discs, A body spindles and the sliding calipers. Car stops great. Stock Drums on the rear. Car was original 383 Cuda so had big brakes to begin with.

Power brakes were optional with all engines. Not mandatory with Hemi. So unless you paid extra for Power brakes when ordering car, you got manual brakes. I have my Hemi 15 years without P/B, just remember to hit brake harder when slowing down.
