There are 3 hood bumpers on the underside of the hood .. 2 big on the outside and small in the middle? Any reference photos?

The parts book suggests the Front Hood Levelling bumpers are different between Barracuda and Challenger, and for 1970, 71 and 72+ model years. What the precise difference is, I cannot say. If you want concourse-correct bumpers, others may have to chime in. That said, there are several reproduction sources for "hood bumper kits" and they are not terribly expensive.

The ones on my Barracuda rotted, split, and fell into diverse places. It's on my list to replace those.

classic industries lists a single bumper for 1962-1978 A, B and E bodies.

This may help. The bumper in the center is taller. Read this thread in order to get the right kit.
There are kits with three of the same height bumpers and those are incorrect. You need 2 x short for each corner and 1 x tall for the center.

That's not the correct bumper, they are not threaded. The ones MoparCarGuy has posted are the correct type.
