How to reply with pictures

How do you reply with pictures taken from a iPhone. http:?? i've been on lots of forums over the years and this one is definitely the least user friendly.

I transfer my cell phone photos onto to my desktop computer and attach them from there. There may be another easier way?

Copy and paste from/with my iphone works for me...

Thats what I did here...
Second pic was the insert image button.
