What is hole for? I have looked and can't find the answer.

Its the seatbelt warning light provision. I have not seen them for sale anywhere.

Thanks, I've been looking everywhere trying to figure it out. I actually saw a bezel on ebay the other day with a light in the hole but it the angle wasn't good so I still had no idea.

I am looking at your dash. I see aside of your ac controls is a rear speaker knob. I do not have ac in my car but I am looking for a new rallye dash heater control panel, but every piece I see doesn't have the rear speaker hole in it. Can you buy the panel with rear speaker hole already cut out or do you have to drill it out yourself.

Two folks are correct. It's the seat belt light. Mines been disconnected for 30yrs. Lol. Guess you could open the hole a bit and put in a mini tach
