Map light help

Does anyone know where the map light wires come out of the headliner? I’m chasing gremlins and trying to figure out where the connector is hiding.

Down the drivers side windshield post to dash I believe. Plugs in at that side.

my dome light wiring (71 cuda and challenger) runs to the rear, down between left rear quarter window and back window and plugs in where the rear wiring enters the trunk

Thanks Rogue. It's been about 14 years since I've done a hardtop e-body. Currently working on a 74 b-body and was trying to remember in a Challenger. Hard to keep it straight.

For future reference, that's a dome light. The map light is under the dash, near the glove box.

good morning, for a 73 challenger, is the dome light wire also down the drivers side post?

As Rogue stated rear drivers side in the trunk is the connection. Up on the wheel house
