Need input on a good, thick windshield glass

Not sure if this is the right forum. My stock windshield is fairly thick...and I have heard the repros are a bunch thinner. Anyone run into this? If so, what is a good manufacturer with a thicker original style version? Thanks in advance.

AMD makes the correct thickness windshield.

Call around to glass places around your area to see if there’s an old one in stock. Most of the glass is coming out of China now & it’s not like the older American-made glass.
