Numbers matching engine research

Hi guys .. who knows what numbers you look at to match the engine to the car 1970 SE 383 challenger.. l have a 383 l got with my car trying to see if the original engine .. but don’t know that number game .. thank you ..

1970 383; Look at the oil pan rail passenger side above the oil pan; typically Year and plant code 0B and 6 digits that would match your serial number. 0E for LA cars

OB for big block ?? Although that goes without saying it’s a 383

Thanks folks.. l missed the bus on original however l bought it knowing that .. l bought the car for it’s completely creampuff body so everything is good. 😊
