Obsolete Hooker headers number

Does anyone have info on Hooker headers #5202? What yr/bodies do they fit? What are the pri & collector sizes? Power steering or no? Do they fit 4-spd? Thanks for any assistance.

Got some replies on FABO. The headers in question are probably 1.875" pri for B/C bodies (mid-60's part so no E-bodies yet) that require manual steering. Also got the suggestion to look for an old parts catalog on eBay - which I will be doing. Seller is asking $1200 for raw steel headers. For that price I can get some coated TTIs which have numerous advantages.
