WTB OEM "Cuda 440-6" Shaker Name Plate

I have a shaker hood with only one name plate. I see the two-pin versions all over the place, but I cannot seem to find an original 3-pin version. I believe the part number was #3462273 or #2998793. I have a replacement 2-pin name plate on hand, but I'd really like to find the 3-pin, as it can be seen from underneath the hood. I'm willing to buy a pair and in any condition.

The 2 pin ones can't be seen unless the shaker bubble is off.

That's a different project. I agree, few will notice the two-pin. But I already have one of them, and still hope to have a matched set.
