The weather is supposed to be nice and this is a great place. Kind of last minutey I know but I just found out about it too and I’m going.:cool:

The weather was perfect and there were over 350 cars in attendance and I didn’t take a picture of a single one! I did take a few of this amazing old historic race boat though, which resides at the grounds. What a shame that it hasn’t been started in close to 40 years.

It's the most amazing racing apparatus I have ever seen! The sole purpose of the boat is to keep those engines afloat...
Not even a windshield. I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut, let me tell ya, It would be impossible aboard this boat at 125 miles per/h.

Can't imagine what those 48 straight pipes sound like at 125 mph. Mr. Wood had some very good mechanical/engineering know how to design and put that machine together.
