Those are not the clips for the M31 belt moldings for top of door and quarters.

Those clips are for the narrow vinyl top molding and the narrow moldings along the side of the fenders, doors and quarters.

Yes, for the narrow trim studded locations. Used the small butterfly type for the holes.
