Looks to be driver restorable shape to me.. I'm putting a barn burn back together and have the dash cluster and switch's but need a nice: woodgrain switch panel, glove box, door ashtray assy etc. just putting it out there, if your shipping and have garage clutter I can help you clean it up

That's a fair enough deal to my door. I've never even heard of a "postal money order" but it sounds like you go to the post office and buy one?
