Rim Blow steering wheel repair

Anyone out there ever had a rim blow steering wheel repaired and can make recommendations? I have a 1970 item which has the traditional crack top center and the rim blow horn contact is gone? I would like to get it repaired as it is original to the car and am hoping someone here can offer guidance?
