Rocker shaft studs

I putting some Harlan Sharp rockers on my trick flows with rocker shaft studs.
Anyone have a torque spec since these are aluminum? Use blue loctite? I've seen anywhere from hand tight to 40lbs

Don't use Loctite anywhere internally on any engine ever.
