Took me over 2 hours yesterday to get rid of this scam on my computer, please get rid of it and members/guest a warning!!

I use Brave as my browser and it kills any ads from anywhere. This may help.

You need a different web browser to block these I think.

as I suggested, earlier, your (Microsoft Edge) web browser appears infected. A couple things to try:

1. Use an alternate web browser, such as Google Chrome
2. Use a third party (instead of the built-in Microsoft one) Anti-Virus and Malware blocker, such as Bit Defender
3. Use an AD blocker extension into the third party browser.

If Microsoft had your back, and their products were adequate enough to protect you, you would probably not be having these issues.
