Sleeping Beauty

Well, I don’t know about “beauty”, but I have been charged with cleaning out a friends barn who is selling his house. Inside the barn are a variety of cars from his Dads estate, one in particular that might be of interest here. It’s a 71 Barracuda, 318 car, it’s been sitting in the barn for almost 30 years. Long ago, it was hit in the front end, presumably in the drivers side, as there is a Cuda fender on that side, and the original on the right, which has been removed. The interior looks like a clean up would be all that’s needed, the quarters need replaced, and I’m sure the whole car needs to be gone through. It comes with a big stack of parts, enough to put it back together and then some. I’m not exactly sure what to do with it, he can’t find the title, and I don’t want the car so I would be trying to sell it. So, here’s a few pics of it as it is right now, still in the barn, I’m sure I’ll be bringing it home soon, just not sure what to do with it from there!

It’s out of the barn, on my trailer, and at my house for a little reassembly, some more cleanup. Then it’s off to the Nats to find a new home.

I’m not sure yet, I need to get some work and time into it to figure just where it’s at.

Took the car to the Nats, no buyer. So it’s currently for sale locally, and here is anybody is interested. $14.5k
