The knob itself is the same as for rallye gauges.

I've been meaning to repop a few of these, but just can't seem to manufacture the time. The tubular body won't be bad to make, but the inner stem will have to be done on a CNC lathe.

Yes. Knob and tube are easy. Ithe seem and gear are the trick. Someone out there is making them because you can buy a new clock with those bits included. I've tried ten or so online repair shops and they either can't source that part, or are unwilling to tell me where to get it. If I have to I'll throw it in without one. I just love the look of it , and the fact that it still works.

Oh, you need the gear and pivot thingie, too? That I wouldn't even attempt.

I had no idea someone was repopping these standard clocks. You have a link?
