I have a friend working on a Challenger and he wants to add the ducktail spoiler. I have found the template to cut the deck lid already along with the measurements. This is an original JS23V1B and he wants it as close as possible to mount like the 70 version. Would anyone have a diagram of the factory service manual diagram on this? I have a later manual but not on gor the 70 model.

dude, git your 1970 manual... its free to download just by a google search. They (the PDF documents) wont be around to download indefinitely, that said, i don't think the data you want is in there.

there is a Factory Tech Drawing thing-deal that shows the measurements on what looks like an engineering blueprint.

I think I have it and will go hunting and edit if I find it.

edit, darn, I'm not finding it. but I think it applies to both AAR Cuda, and Challenger T/A spoilers, even though the actual deskloids are different.

I have not seen a T/A spoiler engineering diagram but the below may help.
The templates to cutout the underside of the decklid (square holes) can be purchased from AMD.
Be sure and paint the blackout on the decklid (1-1/4" wide) and purchase the quarter panel top decals.

Thanks. I have looked in the online stuff but haven't found much either. I didn't know if there was a technical bulletin on it or not. I know it's a rare car and trying to supply him with the best info out there.
