PK- Kokomo Indiana plant. 4058822 - Transmission part number. 6109 - date code based on Julian calendar. 0197 - Last 4 digits of the cars VIN.

I found a converter for the calendar through Google. When I put the Julian date in it said the transmision was from 1875.....I don't think so. Maybe someone else has an idea on the conversion.

My info stops in the high 4,000s in '74 so I'm going to guess its from 1976, give or take a year.
