Starting from the rear to the header flange too long . I have the TTI headers installed , those were easy , now putting the exhaust in from the rear first , I do have Flowmasters which are like half inch longer but with it all together it passes the header flange , I'm guessing since this system is made for E-body 70-74 and Challengers are longer , you have to cut the mid pipes about 5 inches or so , anyone with a Cuda have problems .

Yes, they make them slightly long to begin with to trim to fit and being that you have a Cuda you will have to cut more off than Challenger owners due to the 2" shorter wheel base.

Cudas are shorter in the truck compartment too! About 2" narrower trunk lid. So 4" to 5" would get the flanges in the right place to bolt up to the headers looking at the above pictures.

I used the TTI 3" H-pipe exhaust from the factory manifolds back and had no issues with length. Just make sure the rear hangers are facing the right way otherwise they don't fit properly. You'll know when they are one the wrong way because they look like they forced in place.

Look good to you

Yes sir, looks nice and hanging straight. Don't snug the bolts through the rubber until you get the rest of your exhaust installed. I made the mistake of tightening them and had to remove the bolt and raise the rubber up one or two spots.
The thing I'm noticing is the right over the axle pipe seems to be about an inch closer to the front of the car , the gap between the axle and muffler is further than the drivers side , then the hangers are angled different , do you remember anything like that .
