Leftover night in the household. All the left overs from the past few days were put on the counter to get rid of 'em. Chili, chicken, a couple of left over pork ribs, some beef stew.

Dove right into the chili. Always seems to get better when it's a day or two old.

Don't know yet still at work. Cant wait to get home start a fire and see whats cooking though. Been a long day.

2nd round

Nothing like left over Spaghetti frayed with butter, complete different taste with sour cream.

Let's see if we can keep this thread going.

Wife baked up some pork chops in mushroom soup. One of my favorites!

Got me some Tamales tonight. Guy across the street from my work sells them. His wife makes them and they are good. Got some pork and some chicken ones this time.

Threw together some Home style pork ribs the other night in the slow cooker, added some brown sugar, sage, parsley, paprika, orange juice, vinegar, onion powder, rosemary, Old Bay seasoning, and let it cook for 4-5 hours.
Great Stuff...
leftovers the next day.. even better!

Cornbread, beans, & fried taters.. and chili ain't worth eatin' until it just about ain't worth eatin'....lol

Had a family get together last night and grilled up some boneless chicken breasts with a white Alabama barbeque sauce.

Got the ribs marinating, tater salad is in frig, doin' the corn on the grille with the ribs...here comes another pound or two...lol
