Window install hardware.

Okay, I'm not in the mood to try and find and fix all the small pieces to install my door and quarter glass pieces. What small parts are needed, and where to get? Anything plastic, rubber, felt, etc. I'm trying to get everything new and all at one time. PLEASE.....all this small stuff is killing me.
