Hello everyone, need a little help.

A while ago I had my wiper motor repaired on my car. received it, loved it installed without testing. mFast forward a few years, seems like the bottom bearing caked up. Can anyone suggest a good place to have it looked at? Exterior is fine, need it to work.

Thank you in advance

Karnik

Topher McGinnis, The Headlight Motor Man, is another choice.

This is my motor, I think someone may have broken the seal. I had a Bench test instructions but neither positions worked

I am also dealing with wiper motor issues. I have a 3 speed switch, I have had multiple motors in the past and don't know if what I have today is a 2 speed or 3 speed. My 2 motors I have today generally looks like this one, but in another thread on this site, the part number 3431077, was listed as the 2 speed motor.
Question:
Is there a visual difference between the 2 speed and 3 speed motors?
Is the 3431077 part number for the 2 speed or 3 speed?
I also have a 2587697 part number motor, is that a 2 or 3 speed?
If anyone knows, thank you.

The visual difference is extremely noticeable. The 3431077 is 100% a 3 speed/variable speed motor. Note how the goldish housing is “ horizontal” . Two speed motor housings point outward towards the front of the engine and are black

2587697 is also a 3 speed, earlier B body

Thanks. That makes sense. I think the only confusion was in a previous thread where the 3431077 part number was listed as a 2 speed rather than 3. Thanks.
