Does anyone out there have a photo of the layout of the under carpet wiring cables for the seats, rear speaker, rear window defogger and power windows?
It would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard! I don't have any pictures but the rear speakers, rear defogger would take the same path as the rear body harness. down the left rocker panel there is A channel that should have A sheet metal cover over it. on the left inner wheel house there are tabs or loops the wires pass through and A small hole just below the package shelf. as far as the rear power windows I would think in front of the rear seat bottom under the carpet. seats I would see if the wire's fit behind the front seats. front power windows would go through the hinge or A pillar to the front side of the door frame. hope this helps.

I have a power window car. It was taken apart 30 years ago (long story). If i remember correctly the wiring split right and left from the dash area. The passenger side door was on one side and all other windows were on the other side. The drivers side wiring split to the drivers door, the drivers quarter window, and the passenger quarter window. I believe the wires for the passenger quarter window went through the trunk area under the speaker tray and then came back into the passenger compartment. It has been a very long time. I could be wrong. Lay out the wiring and see if it fits. I don't remember anything being under the carpet.

This helps. I do not have the original harness but I have seen some pictures where I've seen a harness going across where you describe other than the rear speaker Thanks a lot.

You are welcome.

My memory worked this time. I found a few pics of the wiring in a trunk. The lower wire is the passenger side quarter window wiring.
