Help with low oil pressure

Been running the drill for awhile and have about 55-58 psi cold but nothing coming out at the rockers . Do I need to turn the engine over by hand in order to line up the oil holes in the cam? Is that my problem?
That’s what it sounds like to me. The more experienced gentlemen on here will chime in to correct me. I’d fire it up and see what you got.

Yes, you need to turn the engine over so that the oil hole/gallery to the rockers gets aligned unless the cam or bearing is grooved. Personally, I always groove the cam, but it is certainly not necessary in most cases.

And your readings now don't mean much. Your issue is the oil pressure at operating temperature.

Fire it up, watch your pressure, get it up to temp and tell us what ya got.
