I have a new Steering Coupler for my 71 Challenger and it didn’t come with the small Dowel pin that goes on the top end of it. Does anyone know what size it is. How long and how Wide . Thanks

Doesn't use a dowl pin up top. Hole to vent air since shaft boot is sealed to the steering shaft.... Edit : I take that back. Just looked at my 70 Cuda and it does have a hole, but only on one side, and hole is blocked with what might be a pin. This unit is out of my car now waiting for restoration..

Maybe that’s why the one that was on the car keeps separating as it doesn’t even have that hole. Thanks buddy

The coupler rebuild kit I got from Mega Parts had the pin in it.
Don't have one to measure.
Solid pin - tap fit in that hole about 5/16 to 3/8 long.
If it is coming out maybe your steering column is collapsed. The "shoes" of the couple should be way down inside the coupler.

The dowel pin is 0.335 inch long and 0.124 - 0.125 inch in diameter. The pin is lightly crimped to give it "teeth" to dig into the mounting hole edge, when new.

The following two images show the pin being measured:
