Borgeson Steering box question

@540HemiCuda, funny, I've been here less than 3 years, and you less than one. but I have 10 times the posts and reaction scores. So who's more helpful?
I've driven close to 5 million miles in Mopars and race probably another 100,000.
It's been established that the Borgenson box has no on center adjustment like the stock box. And therefore the alignment needs checked. Others and me suggested having the alignment checked. Then you chime in to have the OP watch the videos and check measurements. Then you dish Heminut and me regarding alignments. Something hot of us have probably 40+ years experience. And you change your position to some people can't work on their cars and others can't.
Let's see in two more years who has been more helpful, you or me!!

Why do you guys feel compelled to publish your resume? Insecurity? Why can't you just let the content of your posts stand on their own? And why do you also feel compelled to twist my suggestions out of context? More insecurity?

The reason I don't have a lot of posts is because I only post if I know what I am talking about and I feel that I have pertinent information that may not have already been covered.

And just for clarity, what exactly do you take exception with in my first post:

"Before you make any changes, go to youtube and watch some videos on alignments. By knowing what measurements to make, you may just find that your alignment has changed. You are not necessarily trying to align the car yourself, only using the information to try to identify the issue.

Our Mopars do not use shims to align the front end and very few shops are familiar with them, so finding a shop that can do a good job can be difficult.

When I installed my new Borgeson box, it threw the alignment off.

The centerline of the steering box needs to be in line with centerline of the suspension. Equal length tie rod assemblies would mean the box is centered

I recently installed a new Borgeson power steering box in my 71 challenger. I haven't had a chance to drive much yet since i live in the northeast. I noticed after the install that the car wants to pull to the left pretty hard. I did some research and saw that factory steering boxes have a adjustability in the steering valve to find a neutral spot in the power assist. Does anyone know if the Borgeson box has the same adjustability? My car is in storage so i can't look at it. Trying to get me spring plan together to get it back on the road.
I don’t know if you have talked with peter yet but he does have a shim kit available for the Saginaw pump. The Saginaw puts out pressure in the 1200 to 1400psi area and the steering unit equally likes it in the 800-900 range. It wont help with the centering issue but can help with lessening the sensitivity.
