I Want a CUDA' Hello from Long Island

Hello Guys, just wanted to drop in and say hello, right now im on a mission to save a few bucks and buy a 70 or a 72 Cuda. over the years i hab a few E-bodies 70 340 lemon twist cuda, a 72 340 twaney gold metalic cuda, a 70 440 6-pak plum crazy challenger,and a 72 340 rally challenger, that was close to 20 years ago, i had a 69 dart and a 71 demon not long ago but a cuda is the only car for me. BS23.... Well im sure ill be talking to you guys alot and you'll all help me with my search.....jimmy

depends what i find. it has to be a BS23 340 or a 383 car.rally cluster, non A/C,Power nothing,as i like my cars bare, i know what i find is gonna need work,which is fine,(im a mechianic by trade) if it has some rust issuses or needs body work i expect that but as long as i have something solid to work with if the roof,floor or upper cowl has rot no deal,i would buy one with no engine or trans, 4 speed or auto is fine too....so like i said price depends whats out there..im figuring anywhere from 10k-18k

WOW, if the 2nd one (the sublime 340 cuda) were closer to me id go check it out and make an offer on it, the other thing i have to keep in mind is if i find something not to close is shipping and cost..which can be a pian in the ass.

These cars were listed a couple of weeks ago, I bet he would come down on the price. IMO $9500 seems high to me for a car missing the original drive train and needing rocker work, a trunk and floors.

Yes Adam,it does seem a little high, so far ive seen alot worse for the same or more money. just for the hell of it,im gonna get in touch with him and see what his bottom line is,and if he can send me more pics and if it has dics brakes does he have the cluster,console,trim tag etc....

Yup I'd sell it. I would have to get 15k firm. It's a very cool car with a build sheet. Lemon twist, road lamps, 15" wheels, hoodpins, 4-speed...
