DO you still have the GTX ??
I have a friend that ordered the same car , B5 71 Hemi X & he still owns his , we freshened the engine , made a few changes & it is a lot quicker now !!

No, that 71 Hemi GTX, left my hands over 10 years ago.
I owned it for 28 years.
I was owner #4 at that time.
The original owner, factory ordered it.
Back then, i was able to track down, the entire history on the car.
I factory ordered the Cuda, back in May 1971.
Had that vehicle for 38 years before i sold it off.

I like the TA badge in the grille, I don’t think I have see. That before

Came across these faded negatives. This was back in December 1984, just outside Nice, France.
Wonder what happened to that Bird.

Did you take the pictures?

Yes, I took these pictures.
Driving into Nice, these cars were sitting right beside the road.

I scanned the negatives yesterday, and I just now noticed the unique (Monaco) license plate.
A quick Google search and what do you know:

The car is actually on sale on CarsOnLine:
Cars On Line.com | Classic Cars For Sale

What a nice surprise!

What a great story and pictures!

I love these old pics....especially with all the day two type wheels like Cragar, slots, Keystone Classics, etc. Only a couple of dog dish cars. I think the pics prove that nearly everyone thought dog dish wheels were ugly. Just saying, Rod

Somebody needs to call Francis and tell him his " climate controlled building" looks like a damned open field.
