NOS Yes! BUT, it was stored where there was a water leak and one corner, drivers side upper most has small pin holes from the water collecting there. Easy fix. $200 plus shipping.
I didn't see one, there was a tag that had fallen off, you can physically see it was never mounted to anything. I will take a better look because there is "usually" a # on it
