The car lot need no sales gimmicks to sell the front row. Well placed attention getters. No one spinning arrows, balloons or Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men. Or girls washing cars. That one I don't mind I like that.

It sold in that auction for $300K

Sold at Mecum Seattle in 2014 for $3.5M

The original owner's manual was gone when I got the car in 1976, but I bought this one direct from Chrysler through the mail for $5.

I actually bought four back then. The other two have been on the orange T/A in the background since 1979 along with the side exhaust pipes that I bought at the same time. It will get its stripes at some point.
