Black vinyl top with white interior

Hello, I am currently in the midst of the building of my 70 Barracuda. It will be a Hemi-Cuda clone, it was Originally a B7 white vinyl top and all white interior. I just finished painting the shell in the original B7 and I am leaning towards going with the black vinyl top. I intend to stay with...

    1970 318 to 426 Hemi swap. What's needed?

Man I had been busy and I hadn’t checked into the site since I posted my question. Thanks for all the info so far. As far as torque boxes and all other unibody reinforcements, they’re all done with USCartool parts. The car is getting final body work and I still have to do the radiator support...

    1970 318 to 426 Hemi swap. What's needed?

Like the title simply states I got a 1970 Barracuda 318/904 I will be doing a 426/727 swap. What is needed to make it bolt on? I know K-frames are different. Is there a mount/bracket kit to make the swap and I will be using the original style shaker so proper height and positioning will be...

    Hemi 2780559M flow numbers

As the title says, I am searching for flow numbers on the 2780559M heads. I plan on building a stock displacement 426 for a good solid street car. I want to match the cam to the flow characteristics of the heads but can't seem to find much information. I've only been able to find supposed intake...

    340 Combo advice needed

After considering the additional expense and what's been invested. I figure it would be wise to use my X heads. As far as pistons they are SRP 142068 flat top 2 valve relief. If I'm going to make the investment it will be down the road and go with aluminum heads. For now I just want to get this...

    340 Combo advice needed

Yeah I saw those too. A very good deal on those specifically. Given that would put me to about 10.5 CR.,what cam would you suggest? I was considering the Purple 484 or the CC XE284

    340 Combo advice needed

I've already invested in the 340 block. Yes, block is fully machined and decked. I have the 904 from my 70 barracuda 318. I also know that the 904 has a lower 1st gear and less internal mass. But that's another thread. When you say aftermarket heads, are you referring to aftermarket replacement...

    340 Combo advice needed

My plan is to build a stout rowdy 340 for street and some track use. It will be backed by a 904 and rear gears are yet to be determined. The rotating assembly is balanced. Pistons are SRP 142068 flat tops with 2 valve reliefs. Comp ratio (70cc) 9.2, (60cc) 10.5. Heads are freshened 340 X with...

    '70 Cuda restoration/Hemi "clone"

Thanks Adam, I had no idea about the wider radiator opening. I don't remember seeing that when I ordered the radiator support reinforcement. I will definitely look into that and re-do that for sure. Where I live heat is a massive factor.
