So,
Its time for the 2015 Mods to start!! Just Loving the 408 Stroker, TKO600, Hotchkis TVS and Power Disk brakes moded last year.
The car is a dream to drive!! With My Tire Diam. 3.91's and the 5 speed....2500 is 80 MPH and the suspemsion holds the road perfectly!
I'm still not happy with my Booster/Master set-up....So I'm going after it again this year and see how the results come out.
Ok....Mod's list for 2015 are

- Updated Headlight assemblies with LED Bulbs
- Back Sections of Emergency Brake Cables Replacement
- Willwood Master 8" Duel Booster
- Hurst Roll Control Unit like I'm running on my '08
- Caltracs
- Fast EZ EFI 2.0....Controling all but the spark for now!

Made a bracket to connect the Hurst Roll Control to the master Cyl.

Thanks guys...I'm pretty stoked to get this fuel injection on!! So...I had a few minutes lastnight
to mock up the fuel system so I could make my last order for AN fittings....ITs gona be sweet!
After that...I thought I would quickly throw in the new parking brake kit...That turned to crap!
So...the parts are nice and all was well except the Drivers side rear...too short by 3/4". I'm not sure
if its just my car or what....But I couldn't get any resolution from the vendor....So I made my own
splice and crimping dies...and added .750" to the length. Here's a few pics:

Update.....Prep'ing the FAST Throttle Body For Install

So I found a spare hour lastnight to start Prep'ing the FAST Throttle body
For Install. THere wasn't enough room to attach a AN fitting to the vac port
for the Oil Seperator and with all the wires in the area...I had to tear the back half
of the throttle body from the main assembly...Remove the injectors, Cut and Grind
clearance. Yeah...Nothing like spending Close to 3K...and tearing it apart before you use it!!!
Anyway....It all worked out fine and is now ready for final install. I Hope to start the
plumbing ofr the fuel pump, Filters and hoses Sunday...after work!

Always improving. Looking good!

Mike,
The Cuda is looking great!! Did you find a Intake Tube yet?
The One I have is for a TECHCO Blower...But would work
If you're still in need. Google Techco SC for pics....Let me know
If you want it and I'll pull it out for ya. Also a a Techco Throttle Body
If you're running drive by wire.

Update....Prep'ing Fuel System Plumbing

So...Only had a couple hours to play with the car and prep for the FAST Install.
I made a Purch for the Fuel Pump and Bonded it to the gas tank. Planned for the
future and installed plenty of bolt locations. I also located the Fuel Pressure Reg
and Fuel Pressure Block to the fire wall. Its coming along! I hope to get a weekend
off work soon so I can bust out the entire install.

Ok.....Sorry so slow.....I took a few measurement last night. I'm a bit bummed....The drop bas wont work with the Fast Throttle body
Due to the position and angle of the fuel inlets. I'm gona have to hunt a flat base.
So the base I have is a 1.5" drop and the filter is 4" thick.....I love the set-up but am goint to have to make some changes!

Update....Made Fuel Inlet Runners and Adapter plate for Air Filter Assy

Ok,
I found a couple hours this weekend to work some more of my Punch list items before I go full tilt
with the Carb Replacement. My last order of An fitting showed up....so I plumbed the Fuel line from the gas tank
to the fuel Pressure Regulator. I have the pressure and return lines done as far as I can go till I drive it over
to my buddies lift...and swap from mechanical to electrical and make all my last connections. I made some
hard line fuel Inlet tubes to adapt my current Duel feed carb line as well as made a spacer so I could adapt
my current Air Filter assembly to the FAST TB. I would have finished swapping my headlight for LEd headlight
but they sent me the wrong housing...Once I get the right ones...I'll post up some night view shots!

So...Things are moving along....Got the Car over to my buddies shop finally.....So I could use his lift.
I Got the Master and Booster Swapped, Headlights converted to LED's, (Fricken Killer Light) I wired them
to be Low Beam Outer Pair and On High Beam The Outers go to Hi and the Inners go to Lo...Makes a perfect
beam coverage. Got The Hurst Rool control plumbed....Just need to add the Switch to my Steering Wheel, Caltracs
installed and Lowered the rear 1 more Inch. Almost time to fire it back up!
