1970 Challenger R/T~37 year barn resto

I took it for its first Drive in 37 years earlier this week. It comes home today. I'll get the final pics with everything plumbed.

Oh I forgot, I attempted to run points but was having issues with the distributor grounding and rotor issues, so I just did the conversion for reliability, but kept all my original stuff.

Also new heater core, the blower and wiper motors were still functional.

Car looks great! I've always thought green looks good on Challengers. Don't toss the original booster & master cylinder, especially the master, it looks like an original '171' and if so it's worth at least a couple hundred bucks just as a core, restored they bring a lot more!

Looks great. Remember me when you decide to fix the door hinges. Driver is sagging quite a bit.

Fantastic - just a beautiful Challenger. I'm expecting 55 degrees and sunny where it live on Saturday so I'll have my Challenger out and running!
