Has anyone made a cap or cover for the 1970 console seat belt holder hole? Looking for a snap in cap.

a cap is a cool idea. when is this used? while there are buckled passengers in the back? Because when the back seat is empty, wouldn't the rear seat belt buckles then be stored in this tiny compartment?
