Welcome to FABO! Good to have you here. Got any pics of your car to share with us?

One thing I noticed right off is the 3700 LB car weight. Is that with driver? Getting the weight down will help you out a lot.

How do we know it's the suspension? Is the 496 "Lazy" out the hole with a dead up hook and straight drive? Is the car getting a full hook?

May not be all suspension related, but good place to start.

generally you need a soft setting on the shocks so weight will transfer start with 4 clicks from lightest so you are set close . As for the Caltracs I only worked with one car that had them , it ran 11.72 before the caltracs & the best we could get was 1.72 60" with them no matter where it was adjusted . I have found ladderbars with floaters far more effective , my street car ran 1.42 -1.38 with the front wheels over 2' up.

Operating and hooked up correctly, I would think Vacuum Advance has no effect on WOT as there's no vacuum to advance timing.
