FOUND 1973 Cuda 340 Wanted

I am looking for a 1973 Cuda that came with a 340, Automatic transmision, Black interior and Factory AC.
I would prefer a numbers matching car. However, I would consider one if it had the 340 replaced with a 440.
Im not looking for a show quality or resomod, a driver status car would be perfect so I could finish it as I drove it.
As a last resort, I would consider one that did not have an engine if the price is right.
