I bought a 70 Plymouth Barracuda Operators Manual at a yard sale about 5 years ago. I'm trying to figure out how to tell if its original or a reprint. I know originals are going for a good bit of money. It still has the tear out mail card and the boat flier.
Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong section to ask.
Thanks
Bob

That's an original. On originals there is a perforation just above where it says "Do not detach". That would be detached by Chrysler when they shipped your service manual and would be used as an address label. Reprints have a dotted line printed there with no perforation. Harder to describe, but once you've encountered a bunch of these it's clear the re-pops use thinner paper with a different feel.

Your's looks like a nice, clean used original manual.
