Found in Autotrader magazine May,2000. This Challenger was being parted out. Very rusty Illinois car but worth saving. FE5 Bright red, H6T7 Tan interior, V6X Black stripes, V1W White roof. 383/slapstick, disc brakes,power steering,hood pins,am radio,rallye wheels and dual painted mirrors.

Good for you for saving it. You could just do a continuous thread though and not start a new thread for each update.

Lots of nice panel replacement going on there. Are you brazing or welding? If brazing, how are you controlling the panels from warping.

Tried using a gasless wire feed welder. It only worked on the heavier steel to repair the frame rails. Did old school brazing, tacked every two feet,let cool completely and gradually filled in, taking care not to overheat the sheetmetal. I had virtually no warping. The body came out very straight with very little body filler.
