When adjusting the quarter glass.. Should the quarter glass be adjusted to meet right in the center of the drip rail channel when rooled all the way up ?. I am attempting to make adjustments before I put the rubber in the drip rail channel... I guess what I am asking if you didn't have the rubber weather stripping in where would the window be right , left or in the center of the channel.

Do you have the body factory service manual? For a 73 Barracuda, go to chapter 6 page 27 and the instructions for your door and quarter glass adjustments are there. Follow those and you should be good to go.

Unfortunately, I do not.I know how to adjust the glass in and out and up-and-down.I just don't know the position of the glass. Is it closer to the inside edge to meet the rubber or is it right in the middle... From looking at it , it looks like it needs to favor the inside of the car more to get it to seal correctly

I'm also trying to find information on installing the weather stripping, it looks pretty self-explanatory.It goes in the groove at the top of the drip rails.. But after the bottom, it looks like you can unfold it and wrap it around the molding on the inside, not sure.If that's the way it goes or not

I have a few pictures.Does anyone know which one of these is the proper way to install this weather seal...

I will add the images tomorrow from work. I can't do it with my apple computer. I'm not computer literate.
He is right though I need to try to look the stuff up myself to see if I can find the sorrowest manual on line.I just thought you might have had it already... I appreciate your time and help thanks

Long before the convince of a service manual. I don't keep the service manual in my head. I keep in mind what I did before. What I think worked and did't work. You might say reverse engineering. I would put the seal in and put the glass where I thought it would go. Then adjust the regulator from there. Then the finite adjustments to perfection. A service manual expedites the process.

A king has wealth and desires it. If the king knew of the wealth in my head. He would have it. So there for I'm fool!
