Have decided to part with my 1971 V code cuda. Storage for my cars has become an issue.
I have only owned this car for six months but previous owner had it 28 years. The car is a bench seat, armrest, column shift car which believe it or not was an add. Cuda’s base was bucket seats. The previous owner said it was one of eight v code automatics with bench seat armrest not verified but very possible being there were on 127 v code automatics produced. The interior of the car is all original. There has a crack in the dash pad and yes I now it has a ac dash pad in a non ac car previous owner and myself believe it is original to the car never looks like it was removed and Vin has never been replaced. Talked to several mopar experts who told me on the assembly line they would interchange parts rather then stop the process if they ran out of parts, we believe that is what happened. The car has around 50,000 miles which believe to be real miles. The car was born a non shaker, no billboard, 8 3/4 rear end car. The previous owner added a shaker hood, billboards, and a Dana 60 rearend. The owner also added electronic ignition, aluminum intake, and a aluminum radiator with fans. The car comes with its original rallye hood, the original rearend and the original cast iron intake. The car is currently in my builders shop getting a date coded original radiator, temp gauge replaced with nos gauge, aftermarket gauges removed, and correct exhaust system installed. I am leaving the intake and ignition as is. The car has a correct 440 six pack motor but not number matching. The car is painted in its high impact tor-red color which is its original color. The car has no rust it is a high end driver quality car. It is a beautiful car. I will only sell car with a visual inspection of the car. If your spending this kind of money you need to know what your getting. My asking price is $95,000. Thanks
