Hey guys,
Great site and lots of useful information. My question is this: I recently purchased a '73 Cuda from a gentleman and he included an extra hood with the sale. He told me he thought it was an original AAR hood because he had purchased the car from a fella that had a real AAR car and it always sat next to the car I purchased. With so many reproductions out there, how can I tell if it is the real deal? I have read that the hood pin plates were riveted on the originals and repops used screws. Mine is missing the pin plates but the rivets are still sticking out the top. Any info would be appreciated along with values if it is real. Thanks again!
