I did see where someone made a repair to a T/A or AAR hood. They put a metal strap 2' or longer in place. Then the hinges bolted to it. Just don't remember where I seen it.

My 98 Dakota's blue is a perfect match for Miller Lite blue. Always wished I could get some kind of sponsorship!

I plan on Fabing up a u channel to slide over it, bolt thru the hood hinge bolts, then pin it all the way thru in several areas. some of the sides of the support are not 90 degrees to the face of the support, so it will be interesting.

I think the Egyptian Engineers used that level too. Maybe even the Roman's building roads. They did a pretty good job!
