Ballast resistor question

Installing new engine wiring harness not seeing the extra green wire from ballast resistor to what looks like a condenser or capacitor on the fire wall also do not see it in my shop manual wiring diagram trust someone can shed a little light and thank you in advance for any help

You will likely have to reuse the condenser (capacitor) by adding it to your harness.

There were several capacitors connected to the ignition system to combat radio interference. There was one on the coil, one behind instrument cluster to the voltage limiter, one inside the alternator.,

I know my situation is not directly related to yours, but I bought a new ignition switch, suppodedly to fit a 1970-74 E body. It had an extra black wire, which my '70 car does not have.
