Mine had cracked also. Tried to glue it, but nothing held. I found a blue rubber to cover it from classic industries. Couldn't find an original, but if you find one let me know.

Not sure but if you can't find any you could replace the bulbs with blue LED's. I got mine from LED Lighting For Everything | Super Bright LEDs
If you can't find the correct pieces you may want to replace the bulbs with blue LED's. That's what I did on my car and it looks great.

If the diameter is correct, the Mustang ones found by @Mopar Nut could be modified with a Dremel tool to work!
