no, epoxy will not hold up in fuel , try sanding & soldering it instead LOL
not sure if it will still float tho after all the solder !

How about duct tape. Just don't put any gas in the tank.

This was all in the Tank even that Hose and duct tape and the grommet is half gone!
No wonder my filter kept getting clogged lol

Save the resistor assembly. If you want your new sending unit to be accurate, you may need to retrofit the old resistor to it. The new ones don't seem to be wound the same as they were originally.
