I start by turning the front adjuster all the way out & the rear all the way in , then back off a little if nessisary to get the camber -1/2* , this should give you 2-3* caster , if you need / want more there are Moog offset bushings that can be installed in the upper control arms to add more caster .
I agree, adjust for maximum Caster first then see if you can get Toe and Camber happy. If not then adjust Caster accordingly. There's also tubular upper control arms you can purchase that will give you more Caster...believe they are made by Firm Feel. Also make sure you have the ride hide exactly where you want it when you do the alignment because adjusting the torsion bars will effect your alignment.
