checking fender tag

how do i check to see if fender tag gos with the car? Should dash tag match,and is the dash tag the vin on the dash? Thanks

Yes the vin tag on the dash should match. There should also be a vin in the driver door right buy ther door latch. There may also be a parshall o the rad support and rear package try. I don't know where exactly they would be though. Sorry I am sure some one will chime in with more info.

On an E-body, the VIN will be on the dash tag, the DS door sticker, the fender tag, the rad support and the DS cowl. The numbers on the rad support and cowl are just the last 6 digits of the VIN.

thank you guys,was trying to figure out my engine harness.Dodge had 2 different harnesses for that year do to seatbelt interlock system
