I broke off the wire flush with switch. Need to now how to repair it. Has NE one successfully repaired the manual transmission clutch safety switch? It works fine but needs a new wire lead. You can buy the wiring harness for it but I'm not sure how to take it apart to replace the wire. Oh BTW this is on a 72 Cuda.

Doesn't look too hard; drill the rivet next to the wire and bend the tabs out so you can remove the black cover and get to the insides... could prob solder a new wire in, and pop rivet, or use a small screw to replace the drilled rivet. It's already broken, so you cant hurt it!

I hope it's that easy. I'd still like to hear from someone who's actually repaired one before trying it myself. Seeing the prices for them is so high.
