complete dash harness replacement and the signal lights don't work

and i can't get the map light to power up. door switches don't trigger dome light either. seems like everything else works. Even 4 way hazard lites work. Anybody got ideas as to how to chase this problem down? Steering column connector is well connected. dash is installed/grounded

Was this a repo harness or one removed from a car? I removed one from a working car and everything worked fine when I was done.

Probe the light connectors to see if 12V is present.
Then work backwards to fuse box to find the issue.

 

[Challenger RTA]

Only the solid yellow wires at each door switch are the dome/courtesy lamp switching. Yellow with black tracer at both door switches is the ignition switch lamp time delay trigger. The third black wire on the driver’s door switch would trigger a lights on buzzer if so equipped.

The door switch complete and trigger the delay circuit to ground. In short check you ground at the door switches.
